For over a decade, I worked in education and public service, supporting people with a wide range of needs. That experience taught me something I carry into every design project today: meaningful improvements begin with understanding.

Moving into UX felt like finding a name for something I'd been doing all along. It gave me a structured way to combine curiosity, research and design to create better experiences.

Although the projects in this portfolio are very different, they share the same starting point: taking the time to understand before deciding what needs to change. Whether improving navigation and information architecture within a banking app or creating a digital home that brought together the many facets of a founder-designer's work, each project reflects my belief that better decisions come from understanding first.
